Communicating well is more than dashing off a bunch of words…and to be honest, it’s more than pristine grammar.
Communicating well is about:
- knowing your audiences: who they are, what they want, and how they connect to each other and to you;
- selecting your methods: the most effective ways to get your message across, and
- finding the words: the ones that speak to your audiences, and convey what you want and need.
